it's a girl!



About 30 minutes. Slow right. Hahaha.

Could use some improvement, definitely - some parts are wonky :P I modified the drawing some from the actual pose the model was doing, like adding a visible right arm, though the general gesture is there.


Twisty poses like this one are fun to draw. But I spent a really long time deciding how to get the arms right :/

Recently we started on shading figures in drawing fundamentals. Funny how it is that I can draw like this better than when we're asked to draw the underlying structure, i.e. musculature and bones. (In which case it comes out totally weird and the drawings lose the 3D illusion.)
